Our Story
At Aim 2 Build, our mission is to provide a comprehensive and seamless solution for our client’s home improvement needs in the Oklahoma City Metro and surrounding areas. Founded in 2017 by Real Estate Broker Gabe Ellingsen, our company was established to offer a one-stop-shop experience for our clients, eliminating the hassle of dealing with multiple vendors. The path wasn’t easy. Shortly after making the decision, Gabe and his family faced an unimaginable setback—a house fire that left them with nothing. But rather than giving up, Gabe used this moment as fuel to build something bigger. With no money and a mountain of debt, he committed to his real estate business, working tirelessly to provide for his family and build a future.
By 2018, Gabe had already begun to see the fruits of his labor, closing $2.3 million in sales while balancing both the car and real estate businesses. In 2019, he took the leap again, committing to real estate full-time. That decision proved to be the turning point, as Gabe branded himself as the Racing Realtor and achieved remarkable growth, closing $6.7 million in sales during his first year as a full-time realtor. The following year, he reached $9.7 million in sales and opened his own branch office.
Today, Aim 2 Build is more than just a real estate brokerage; it’s a team dedicated to making dreams come true. Whether it’s buying or selling homes, custom home builds, or renovations, we offer a full range of real estate services tailored to meet our clients’ needs. Hello Everyone,
My name is Rodney McCrory II. Throughout my life, I have accomplished many different things
and I’m always looking forward to the next challenge that life brings. From 2008 to 2012, I served in The United States Marine Corps, where I deployed twice to Afghanistan. After leaving the Marine Corps I went on to obtain 2 different Bachelor’s Degrees from The Art Institute of Dallas and The University of Central Oklahoma.
After college, I worked for different companies in my degree of study. Eventually, I found my way into the sales industry. After trying my hand at supplemental insurance, home appliances, Real Estate, cars, and roofing. I eventually stuck with Real Estate and Roofing Sales over the years. After some consideration and choosing to leave my former roofing company, I am pleased to announce that I am now partnered with “Aim 2 Build,” where I will fill the manager role.
I look forward to assisting all our sales reps and future clients. I come from the philosophy that a potential client or active client is not just a number but a friendship in the making.
